Cancellation: Send a request from My bookings. An admin reviews the applicable terms before cancelling or authorizing a refund.

Deposit & damage: Pickup and return photos support any damage review. Deductions and disputes need human approval.

Payments: This preview cannot collect payments. No real rental agreement is created.

Emergency: Contact local emergency services if there is an immediate danger. Support tickets are not an emergency service.
